About the event
We all scream for ice cream science!
In this 1.5 hour class, students will learn about the chemistry involved with making their favorite sweet treat.
During class, we will:
-start our time together exploring sensory bins
-read 'Ice Cream: The Full Scoop' by Gail Gibbons
-create and sample our very own ice cream
